What is the difference between “Full” and “Hybrid”?
“Full” is the name given to the support plan whereby we act as the sole IT Support Provider.
“Hybrid” is useful for larger chain or franchise companies where we collaborate with another IT Support provider, for example, if the other provider is based out of the area at a head office location and A14 IT Services acts as the local support hub. Hybrid Support is not available to businesses without another IT Service Provider.
Does A14 IT Services make my business cyber-secure?
Yes. We install policies, anti-virus software and provide training resources for you business as required by your needs.
My business needs to comply with Cyber Essentials – can A14 IT Services help?
