Does Microsoft 365 include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.?
Yes. Microsoft Office Apps are available with the Apps, Standard or Premium Licenses.
Can I buy e-mail only with Microsoft 365?
Yes. E-Mail only is available with a Basic license.
Does Google Workspace come with Office apps?
Yes. Google Workspace gives you Google’s Office Suite, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets & Slides.
Google does not give you Microsoft Official Apps, but does work with Microsoft Office files.
Can I have both a Microsoft & Google account?
Yes. We usually recommend opening a Microsoft Account for the apps and e-mail addresses, and open a Google Account against those e-mail addresses to access services such as Google My Business, Google Ads, & YouTube.
Can A14 IT Services migrate my existing email?
Yes, we can migrate your existing email and calendar (but only if you are migrating from a compatible system, such as iCloud).
