The business world is changing. Whilst recent politics in the UK is a worry for some businesses, it’s a blessing in disguise for some.
As the owner of Technical Hospitality, I get to see, up close, the impact on the businesses that we have as customers, how their needs change over time and how the businesses think, how they tick.
I get to see some truly inspiring and forward-thinking ways that some businesses use to grow, survive and thrive. Truth be told, every business needs a combonation of the 3, it is this plate-spinning affect that keeps all businesses on their top forms.
Alas, I have seen some businesses play dirty, it was a week ago a customer of ours told me how a competitor ran my good name through the mud, sadly over no apparent reason, needless to say that style of tactic doesn’t have a place in today’s business world.
Blog posts like this are usually designed to promote or upsell something, but through the growth and changes being made to my business, I’m learning that selling things constantly turns you into white noise, it’s something that all of my customers have learnt, are learning or are yet to learn themselves, frankly it is something businesses learn only when it is time. For us, now is that time.
Rather than try and sell what’s new, I’m so excited about it, I’d rather just talk about it.
Firstly, Technical Hospitality is leaving 2024 better than we found it, which has been the goal of the business since day 1. The year has been tough on us all, and Christmas time is always a good reflection point for most people.
In Q4 2024, I’m delighted to bring my dad to the table as Technical Hospitality’s sales director. His decades in the sales industry is a great asset to this business and will see us through our Q1 2025 growth. Most businesses aren’t this lucky, but others make a move like this one much sooner than we have. It’s been an important lession for us to learn that business growth is not a race, it’s all about quality. Quality services, for quality customers.
On the Quality side, is the offering. Gone are the hard-to-understand and over-engineered complicated contracts and offerings, here is the simplified way to do things. A tier-based maintenance offer, with add-ons every business will need, add-on’s that certain industries will need, and an approach that seperates us from the rest. We believe in a fast and pro-active approach, we have uniquley desinged this company to provide a solution that you’ve never had before, and that you will never have again, for the first time in business, I think, we’ve done just that.
Finally, is the people.
Technical Hospitality would be nothing without the people involved, everyone from behind the scenes, every review, every reccomendation, every customer. It genuinley makes it worth doing every day, I’m in love with this business, becasue when you choose this business, you choose me, my family, our hearts, souls, blood, sweat & tears. You choose more than a company when you choose us.
The Moore family greatley appreciate your business, be that past, present or (maybe) future. At the very least, appreciate you stopping by to read this end-of-year message.
All the best to our family, friends, customers and colleagues this festive season, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
